The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).

The Rapla Vallavalitsus announces the launch of the zoning plan for Sõerumäe in the village of Tuti in Rapla.
The land area of the Sõerumäe (cadastral identification
) is covered by the zoning plan in the village of Tuti66904:003:0106, area 4,33 ha, intended use 100% arable land). Part of the planning area is
6690023 Sõerumäe-East AU (cadastral Identifier 66901:001:0728).
The planning area is about 4.5 ha.

The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the zoning plan of the Municipality of Rapla and from the
'Paragraph 40(4)(2) of the nature Conservation Act.
The purpose of the zoning plan is the creation of a recreational area on the land of the Sõerumäe Islands and the
of an artificial body of water.construction.
The zoning plan is, in accordance with the findings of the preliminary environmental impact assessment, without the need to undertake a strategic assessment as regards the reduction of the exclusion zone for the Vigala river, which amends the zoning plan

of the municipality.
