The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency reports that OSAÜHING LOAM (registry code: 11434428) (address A.H.Tammsaare 22-4, town of Jõhvi linn, 41533 East Viru County) has submitted an application for extension of Mineral Mining permit No L.MK.IV-174635. According to the application, the authorisation to exploit the Rebase II sandy pasture is to be extended for 10 years, i.e. until 11.09.2027.

The rebase II sand quarry is located in Illuka in the municipality of Illuka, Ida-Viru, on the state-owned site of the Rebase sand quarry (cadastral Identifier 22901:002:0220), which is earmarked for mining and is located in the base Rebase deposit (registry card No 0792).

The decision to initiate the procedure for extending the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the Office of the Environment Agency, Harju (Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn, email address põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee, telephone 674 4803).
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until the decision to extend the mining permit is taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address põhja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draftsman of the draft decision amending the mining permit shall be further informed by the authorising authority in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
