The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency reports that AS TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Nõmme district, Tallinn, Harju district, 10916) submitted an application for amendment of the mining authorisation FOR the Mountain deposit of the Helm-Aakre II gravel quarry.

The mountain allocation of the Helm-Aakre II gravel quarry is located in Valga County, Puka Municipality, the Basque village on the land Tõrresoo (cadastral mark 60801:001:0211). The mountain allocation and its catchment area is 7.01 ha. In the Helm-Aakre II gravel, the size of the building gravel ice is 88,4 ash m3 according to the markside measurement of 27.09.2016 and the size of the building sand and filler sand ice is 99,7 ash m3.

According to that line of argument, the intention is to change the intended use of the land extracted and to extend the validity OF THE Mineral MINING authorisation PROM.028 for a period of 15 years, that is to say, until 06.11.2032.

The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft decision amending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
