Notification of the granting or refusal of an air pollution permit

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 83(1) of the Law on the protection of ambient air (KOK).
The Environment Agency reports that at the request of Incap Electronics Estonia Osaühing (registry code: 10637036) (address: technical 9, 93815 Kuressaare), the Environment Agency granted new air pollution permit No L.V/328808 to THE company. An air pollution permit is issued to Incap Electronics Estonia OÜ for the release of pollutants from an installation located on a site at technical 9 (land registry number 34901:003:0246), located in Kuressaare, province of the island. The air pollution permit is issued for an unlimited period.
The operator's main activity is the manufacture of measuring, testing and navigation equipment (EMTAK code 26511). The installation has 7 emission sources: ventilation of wave production line (request V1), ventilation of selective production line (V2), laundry ventilation (V3), general ventilation (V4), lacillin ventilation (V5), ventilation of special work (cessation and insulation) (V6) and UV line ventilation (V7). The installation uses up to a total of 2,183 tonnes of different chemicals per year for surface cleaning, from which up to 1,58 tonnes of VOC are released into the outside air (including 0,444 tonnes of 2-propanol and 0,762 tonnes of ethanol). Where appropriate, the printed circuit boards shall be wound up and/or resin. VOCs are also released to ambient air by washing tin frames and printed circuit boards. During washing, varnishing and silencing of printed circuit boards, a total of 0,32 tonnes of VOC per year is discharged to ambient air.
The production area of the installation is 100% on the production ground. The production area is surrounded by commercial and production land and residential land north-north-east. The nearest dwelling shall be 64 m away from the installation's sources of pollution. Installations of Aktsiaselts Level (air pollution permit No L.V/321879), TEPCOMP OÜ (L.V/327446), Sporrong Eesti (L.V/326026), Sporrong Eesti (DAIRY industry in Saaremaa) (L.V/324181), Trelleborg Industrial products Estonia OÜ (L.V/320959) and NORVENTION AS (6LV/80) situated within THE Nordecon OF IMPACT of THE INSTALLATION (500 m radius). The installation is not situated in a conservation or conservation area, in a Natura 2000 bird area or in a nature area. There are no protected natural or individual objects in the vicinity of the establishment.
