Notice of partial repeal of a building plan

The Pärnu Linnavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraphs 140(5) and 139(3) of the planning Law (plans).
The Pärnu Linnavalitsus declares that, by Decision No 80 of the Pärnu City Council of 17 August 2017, the “zoning plan for the area between the Laane street, the urban border, the Rannamesa road and Riga mnt” established by Decision No 14 of the Pärnu City Council of 18 February 1999 was partially repealed in respect of the Rannamesa road 4 estate.
The land is situated close to the Pärnu-Riga motorway and therefore meets the needs of the tax and customs authorities in terms of location and size in order to carry out customs controls.
The building right for the Rannametsa tee 4 4 estate is the result of a zoning plan established in 1999. On that basis, when designing the building on the land, it became clear that there was a need for a building slightly larger than that authorised by the zoning plan. The design of the building gauge is based on the need to control long loads. The partial repeal of the building plan is the result of the need to modify the land designated as being under construction. If the zoning plan were to be partially revoked, construction work would be carried out on that site in accordance with the terms of the master plan.
The partial repeal of the zoning plan shall not adversely affect the urban construction situation of the area and shall not prejudice the rights and freedoms of neighbouring land.
