The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to PROSPECT for the exploration room in Jägala VII submitted by as TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916) (registered under document Management system No 12-2/17/12345 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in the municipality of Jõelähtme, Harju, in the village of Jägala, for the private cadastral parcel Kuriste (cadastritunnus 224505:002:0170). The area covered by the requested survey room is 8.75 ha. The geological study shall be carried out in order to determine the distribution of material (limestone) present in the exploration room VII of Jägala, the thickness of the utility layer, the quality and the conditions under which the extraction takes place. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 20 wells and up to 20 exploration cavities. The research depth is up to 30 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: groundwater level measurements, analysis of the chemical composition of the rock, physico-mechanical tests and topographical measurements. The survey is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code 10047362, address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916).
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application shall be digitally accessible from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/
until a decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting has been taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
