The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for a general geological exploration licence submitted by the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju County, Jõelähtme Municipality, Loo Aevik, Kuusiku tee 18-13) has been accepted.

Authorisation to carry out general geological exploration is sought in the municipality of Toila, Ida-Viru, in the village of Kukrus, in the municipality of Kohtla district 93 (cadastral identification 32002:001:0202), which is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Centre for the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus as an authorised authority. The area covered by the requested survey room is 56.25 ha. These are general geological exploration projects which plan to build up up up to 20 wells with a research depth of up to 20 m. the resources under exploration are limestone, which may potentially be suitable as a building limestone. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years. The test room is called the Kukrus test room.

The application for a general geological exploration licence and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. The drafts of the authorization for general geological exploration shall be notified by the authors in an additional manner in the official gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
