Notice of initiation of the mining authorisation procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency States that THE APPLICATION for AMENDMENT of the AUTHORISATION to exploit the mineral resources of the tarla II dolostone quarry No l.mk/318492 (registered under document management system 08.01.2018 No 12-2/18/365 of the Environment Agency) of 08.01.2018 submitted by the stone carrier OÜ (registry code: 11200972) (address: LAKE Channel Road 1, HARKUJÄRVA village, Harku Municipality, 76902 Harju County) has been accepted. According to the application for amendment of the mining permit, the period of validity of the permit is to be extended by 10 years, i.e. until 02.04.2029.
The quarry of tarva II dolostone is located in the Pärnu region on a privately owned property in the municipality of West Anna in Viidas (cadastral mark 33403:001:0209). The mountain allocation and its catchment area is 0.79 ha. As of 01.01.2018, the stock blocks related to the mountain allocation of the existing software II dolomite quarry have the following ice cream: 3 thousand m ³ of active consumables in block 2 (building dolomite) and 1 thousand m ³ of active consumables in block 4 (aggregate dolomite). The average annual rate of mineral extraction is 21 thousand m ³, which is used as a building fragmentation.
The request for amendment of the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 680 7438, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until a decision is taken on the application, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the louna@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.
The Environment Agency shall further inform the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded of the preparation of a draft decision to modify or refuse to modify an authorisation for the extraction of mineral resources.
