Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to PROSPECT for the Tagametsa exploration room submitted by as TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916) (registered in the Environment Agency's document management system 31.01.2018 under document number 12-2/18/1531) has been accepted.
The geological survey is requested in the village of Tagametsa, Harju County, Saue County, Kernu County 31 (cadastral Identifier 72704:002:0190), which is owned by the Republic of Estonia, managed by the Ministry of the Environment and approved by the State Forest Management Centre. The area covered by the requested survey room is 56.63 ha. The geological study shall be carried out in order to clarify the potential for exploiting and extracting material (limestone) in the 32ameforest exploration room. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 25 wells and up to 25 exploration cavities. The research depth is up to 30 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: groundwater level measurements, analysis of the chemical composition of the rock, physico-mechanical tests and topographical measurements. The survey is carried out by AS TREV-2 Group (registry code 10047362, address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916).
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
