The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Kibuna exploration room submitted by as a & P Mets (registry code: 10321314) (address exhibition 25, Tartu City, Tartu County, 50409) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency under document number 06.02.2018 under number 12-2/18/1862) has been accepted.
The application for a geological survey is made in the village of Saue, Harju, County, for a Kadaka cadastral estate (cadastral Identifier 29701:001:0447) and in unreformed public land. The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.97 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 28 wells and up to 28 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is less than or equal to 6 m. the resources to be studied are sand and gravel. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad-hoc work: optimum measurements, samples for the determination of the steel composition of the material, water level measurements at study points. The survey is carried out by Maavarauuringud OÜ (registry code 14346587, address Liiva tn 41, Tartu, Tartu County, 50303).
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address pohja@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
