The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).
On 02.03.2018, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby OÜ R-S Valdus (registry code: 14152883) intended to acquire a dominant influence, within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2), over the company's share of the Väätsa landfill (registry code: 10672746).
Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
