The Defence League publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 58(1) of the Law on State property (RVS).

The Defence League shall launch a written auction for the lease of non-residential buildings in Rakvere, a Pikk tn 15 annuity of 15:
the property shall be provided under a lease for use until 31.12.202020.
The area of the non-residential premises is 103 square metres, the rent is at least EUR 5,0 (five) per square metre (VAT not included), electricity is paid on the basis of an existing separate meter, the heating of the premises is paid in proportion to the area let in relation to the other heated rooms of the building (6,696%), the consumption of water and sewer is paid directly by the tenant to the service provider.
The bidder must not have any tax arrears.
The property can be accessed at its place of establishment, for which purpose it is necessary to agree beforehand with the representative of the auctioneer

to submit bids at long TN 15, on working days E-N 8:00 to 16:45, R 8:00 to 14: 00 of the Guard League Viru maleva in Rakvere. Tenders must be submitted no later than 20 April 2018 at 10:45.

Additional information: the starting price of the auction, i.e. the rent per month, is EUR 5,0 (five) per square metre (no VAT is added to the rent). A deposit of EUR 515 is paid in advance.
