Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to prospect for the Tammemäe VIII exploration room submitted by YIT Infra Eesti AS (registry code: 10114029) (address: betoontn 28, districts of Lasnamäe, Tallinn, Harju County, 11415) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency 16.01.2018.numbered 12-2/18/769) has been accepted.
Prospecting is requested in Harju County, Freistaat Sachu, in the village of Männik, for a gamot polygon (cadastral title 71801:001:0983) administered by the Ministry of Defence and the AECE by the State Centre for Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus. The area covered by the requested survey room is 79,61 ha. This is a consumable stock survey which plans to build up up up to 60 wells. The exploration depth is up to 17 m. the explored mineral is the building sand and the filler sand. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: laboratory work, topographic surveying. The survey is carried out by Mäebüroo Nord OÜ (registry code 11560452, address Pärnu Mnt 232, Kristiine district, Tallinn, Harju district, 11314). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
