Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the request for PERMISSION TO PROSPECT FOR A half-Poolvahe in EXPLORATION space IV submitted by SANDSTONE OÜ (registry code: 14443008) (address Keemia tn 4, Tallinn, Harju County, 10616) (registered in the Environment Agency's document management system 16.04.2018 under number 12-2/18/5752) has been accepted.

The geological survey is requested for the cadastral unit Kolga Metropion 81 (cadastral title 14001:003:0234), located in the municipality of Anija, Harju County, whose management of State property is carried out by the Ministry of the Environment and an authorised authority by the State Forest Management Centre. The area covered by the requested survey room is 19.04 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up to 25 wells and up to 12 exploration cavities. The exploration depth is up to 12 m. the explored mineral is the building sand and the filler sand. In addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: laboratory work and topographical surveying. The survey is carried out by Mäebüroo Nord OÜ (registry code 11560452, address Pärnu Mnt 232, Kristiine district, Tallinn, Harju district, 11314). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years.

The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
