Notice of initiation of the mining authorisation procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation of the extraction of the legs III gravel quarry submitted by Eriku Grupp OÜ (registry code: 11421398) (address: Turku Talu, village of Rurry, Municipality of Tur, 87310 Pärnu County) on 20.04.2018 (registered under document management system 20.04.2018 No 12-2/18/6032 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
The requested backbone III gravel quarry is located in the village of the back in Pärnu, district, on land belonging to the applicant (cadastral mark 80801:001:0429, new register part No 3632506). The requested mountain allocation for the backdrop III gravel quarry includes blocks 3 and 4 of the active consumable stock of the building gravel for the backward gravel deposit (registry card No 0846, basic stock building gravel). The area covered by the application is 2.17 hectares and the area covered by the application is 4.07 hectares. This is a new mining allocation with the following minerals: the active consumption of the building gravel is 23 thousand m ³, of which the extracted stock is 22 thousand m ³. The average annual rate of mineral extraction is requested to be 3 thousand m ³, the fields of use being road and general construction. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 10 years. Eriku Grupp OÜ is designated as the mining operator (registry code 11421398, address of Uru talu farm, Turku village, Tour Municipality, 87310 Pärnu County).

The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (+372 680 7438, info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The preparation of the draft decision granting or refusing the mining permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
