The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for permission to prospect for the hangar III prospecting room submitted by DER Group OÜ (registry code: 14047241) (address Pärnu County, Pärnu City, Pärnu City, Papiniidu tn 27-20, 80022) (registered under document management system 06.08.2018 under number 12-2/13018/61 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.

The request for a geological survey shall be made in the privately owned cadastral division Vana-Peiaru (cadastral Identifier 78201:001:0263) in the Pärnu region of Saarde. The area covered by the requested survey room is 17.49 ha. The geological survey shall be carried out in order to clarify the possibilities of exploiting and extracting the material (building sand and filler sand; building gravel and filling gravel) present in the trial area III of the overturn. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 15 wells and up to 20 exploration cavities. The research depth is up to 15 m. in addition, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: topographical measurements, water level measurements, Determination of the steel composition of the material, the filtration module and the physical-mechanical properties of the gravel. The survey is carried out by OÜ ENGINEERING FIRM Steiger (registry code 11206439; address Männiku tee 104, Tallinn, Harju County, 11216). The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 3 years.

The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
