Notice of initiation of a prospecting permit procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).
The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to PROSPECT for a gaming room with Kloose submitted by as TREV-2 Group (registry code: 10047362) (address Pärnu mnt 463, Tallinn, Harju County, 10916) (registered under document management system 18.09.2018 under document number 12-2/18/15279 of the Environment Agency) has been accepted.
The geological survey permit is requested for Cadastral parcels Keila District 47 (Cadastral Identification 29501:007:0214), Keila District 146 (Cadastral Identification 29501:007:0213), Keila District 146 (Cadastre Identification 29501:009:0487), Keila District 46 (Cadastral Identification 29501:007:0211 forest management and forest credentification 07:2980). The area covered by the survey room applied for is 219.70 ha. The geological survey shall be carried out with a view to clarifying the possibilities of exploiting and extracting the material (sand) present in the exploration room in Klos. This is a consumable stock survey which plans to build up up up to 110 wells. The research depth is up to 10 m. for the sake of completeness, the study plans to carry out the following ad hoc work: sediment clearance and filtration analyses. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 5 years.
The application for authorisation to prospect and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.
Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for a prospecting operation, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The draft decision to grant or refuse authorisation for prospecting shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
