The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that the OÜ of Mineral resources (registry code: 14212964) (address Harju County, Jõelähtme Municipality, Loo Alievik, Kuusiku Tea 18-13, 74201) applies for a geological exploration licence for two properties owned by the Republic of Estonia in Harju County, managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the Land Maa-amet as an authorised authority. The western part of the solution is situated in the town of Maardu on the land of Kiltri Road 14 (cadastral title 44603:002:0195, 80% of production land and 20% of business land) and the eastern part is located in the village of Jõelähtme, Võerdla, on the land of Kiltri Road 16 (cadastral title 24501:001:0750, 100% of arable land).

The area covered by the requested survey room is 6.24 ha. This is a consumables survey which plans to build up up up to 25 wells. The research depth is up to 20 m. the resources under examination are limestone, which is intended to be used in general and road construction. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the “Maardu VII test room”.

Access to the application for a geological survey permit and other relevant documents shall be available at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency
. the application shall be digitally accessible in the http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/ document management system of the Environment Agency until

the decision to grant or refuse the permit is taken, everyone shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.

The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
