The Rapla Vallavalitsus publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 128(7) of the planning Law (plans).

The Rapla Vallavalitsus States that, by Decision No 79 of the County Council of Rapla Vallavolikogu of 29 November 2018, entitled “opening of a building plan”, the drawing up of a building plan in accordance with 37 building plans was initiated in the Municipality of Rapla, Tallinn mnt.

The detailed plan includes 37 rural units in
in the municipality of Rapla in Tallinna mnt 37(cadastral mark 67001:007:0001, area 1786 m2, intended use 100% commercial land). The planning area is bounded from the west by Tallinn road, from the south by the Court street, from the east by Kohtu tn 3 and from the north by Tallinna mnt 35 35 rural areas. The size of the planning area is approximately 0.2 ha. In justified cases, such as the need for servitude for the passage and technical networks in the event of the emergence of areas outside the boundaries of the planning area determined when the building plan was initiated, the planning area may be extended in cooperation with the landowners concerned.
The purpose of the zoning plan is to lay down the conditions for the conversion and
of an existing building.for extension up to 33% of the current capacity and for the construction of an additional individual dwelling in
the division of the land into the land to be formed.
The need to draw up a zoning plan is apparent from the planning Law and from the master plan of the Municipality of Rapla.

There is no need for further studies to be carried out at the time when the zoning plan http://rapla.kovtp.ee/algatamine on the website of the Municipality of Rapla is
