The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for authorisation to exploit the Kivinina gravel Eesti AS (registry code: 10114029) (address: beton 28, 11415 Tallinn) on 11.09.2018 has been granted.

Authorisation to exploit mineral resources is sought in Pärnu County, Pärnu village, Põlendmaa, on the state-owned land Taali Region 2 (cadastral title 56801:006:0134), the management of which is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority of the State Forest Management Centre.

The mountain allocation applied for is 6.42 ha and its catchment area is 9.67 ha. Within the limit of the mountain allocation applied for, the active consumption of the mineral building gravel is 71 thousand m ³, of which the extracted stock is 69 thousand m ³. An average annual mining rate of 5 thousand m ³ is applied for, with the minerals being used in the construction and construction of roads. The mining company is named YIT Infra Eesti AS (registry code 10114029; address: beton 28, 11415 Tallinn). The mining permit applied for is valid for 15 years.

The application is made available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee

until a decision is taken on the granting or refusal of mining authorisation, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The preparation of the draft authorisation or refusal shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
