The competition Authority publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 27 (12) of the Konkonks (Law on competition).

On 21.12.2018, the competition Authority received a notification of a concentration whereby Baltic Maritime Logistics Group AS (registry code: 10682650) intended to acquire a dominant influence over the part of the undertaking by the Palgard crane Osaühing (registration code: 10258930) and the part by the PK TERMINAL OÜ (registration code: 12519859) into the account within the meaning of paragraph 19(1)(p) (2).

Under paragraph 27 (13) of the Konkontik, interested parties are entitled to submit their comments and objections to the concentration to the competition Authority within seven calendar days.
