The Environment Agency publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 30(2) of the Land Law (MaaPS).

The Environment Agency notifies that Lääne Teed OÜ (registry code: 10879306) (address Tallinna mnt 70, Sub-base of Uuemõisa, Haapsalu City, 90401 Western County) is applying for a geological exploration licence. The geological exploration licence is requested in the municipality of Western Nigula in the village of Allikmaa for the State-owned Cadastral parcel Kaopalu Curtain 3 (registration number 3174350, Cadastral Identifier 43601:001:0147). The area covered by the requested survey room is 23.15 ha. This is a consumable stock survey, which plans to build up up up to 30 wells and up to 30 exploration voids with an exploration depth of up to 15 m. the surveyed minerals are the construction and filling sand, the construction and filling gravel. The period of validity of the authorisation applied for shall be 2 years. The test room is called the Kaopalu IV test room. The study is carried out by OÜ Inseneribüroo STEIGER.

The application is available digitally in the https://dhs-ADR kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to grant or refuse a permit for prospecting, any person shall have the right to submit to the Environment Agency reasoned proposals and objections to the application. The draft prospecting permit shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
