Notice of initiation of the mining authorisation procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
The Environment Agency States that the request OSAÜHING by OLEÜHINGUC.B.A. (registry code: 10495273) (address Tooma tee 27 27, Municipality of Saku, 75511 Harju County) for extension of the environmental permit (KMIN-111) for the extraction of God V minerals (“mining permit”) (registered under document management system of the Environment Agency 10.04.2019 as letter No 12-2/19/319) has been granted.
The request is for a 15-year extension of the mining permit for the Tallinn-Saku sandy deposit Männik V.
The mountain allocation of God V is located in Harju County, Freistaat Sachu, in the State-owned cadastral district of Gännik's sand quarry 5 (cadastral identification: 71801:001:1069, register part: 13216002), which is managed by the Ministry of the Environment and the mandated Maa-amet.
The application for authorisation to exploit mineral resources and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency (tel 674 4804, e-mail info@keskkonnaamet.ee).
The application is made available digitally from the Register of documents of the Environment Agency at https://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee
until a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for mining and quarrying, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to the postal address Viljandi mnt 16, 11216 Tallinn.
The preparation of the draft mining permit decision will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
