Notice of initiation of the mining authorisation procedure

The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency reports that OÜ Forek (registry code: 14270074) (address Harju County, Tallinn, districts of the city centre, Jõe tn 3, 10151) submitted an application to modify the authorisation to exploit the mineral resources of the Anelema doloivary quarry.

The purpose of the application is to bring the mountain allocation limit into line with reality on the basis of the reassessed active consumption stock blocks in 2018 and to include blocks 6 at, 8 at and 17 at in part (0.27 ha) of the building dolomite mineral reserve on the catchment area of the mountain allocation.

Anelema dolox quarry is located in Pärnu County, North Pärnu County, in the village of Anelema on the cadastral Anelema dolomiidikarjäär (ID 18803:002:0119), Aare (ID 18803:002:0117), Reiden (ID 18803:002:0364), ann-Killu (Elbe 18803:002:3:002:2:0271), Vall (ID 183:002:02:0322), Tute 3:003:180. Mining reserves and their catchment area exclude the cadastral unit dolomite substation (ID 18803:002:0023). Following the amendment of the authorisation requested for the Anelema doloival quarry (KMIN-083), the surface area served by the mountain allocation remains the same at 69.40 ha, the surface area of the mountain allocation applied for at 29.97 ha. The average annual mineral extraction rate is 79 thousand m ³, the mineral is used as a piece, as a fragment for building concrete, as a fragment for
mixtures of asphalt and concrete.

until a decision is taken to grant or refuse authorisation for mining and quarrying, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to the info@keskkonnaamet.ee e-mail address or to the postal address Paala tee 4, 71014 iljandi.

The preparation of the draft mining permit decision will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
