The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the request for extension of the mining permit for the mineral of the Tikka gravel quarry submitted by Level (registry code: 10216072) (address Island County, Municipality of Saaremaa, City of Kuressaare, long tn 69, 93815) on 17.01.2019 has been accepted.

The mountain deposit of the embroideous gravel quarry is located in Saaremaa, commune of Saaremaa, on the territory of the back village. The mountain allocation is situated in Tikka Koikla (cadastral code 40302:0 03:0172), a property owned by private owners, while remaining in the Tikka gravel deposit (registry card No 0798). The catchment area of the mountain deposit of the embroideous gravel pasture is 10,39 ha, including an area of the mountain deposit of 8,62 ha.

According to the application, propose an extension of the authorisation for a period of 15 years.

The request for extension of the mining permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest Office of the Environment Agency.

until the decision to extend the mining permit is taken, everyone has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address at the info@keskkonnaamet.ee address or postal address Tallinn 22, Kuressaare, the municipality of Saaremaa, the island region 93819.

The draft decision extending the mining permit will be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
