The Defence League publishes a notice pursuant to paragraph 58(1) of the Law on State property (RVS).

The Defence Association shall launch a written auction for the lease of the Nurmsi of the Nurms study site located in Järvamaa, Paide City, Sargvere village and Järva Municipality (120 ha): for the notional part of
the Nurmsi study site (registration number 1883836, cadastral title 56504:001:0430, 100% of the national defence area and cadastral title 32501:001:0340, 100% of the national defence area covering the airport area).

The area to be leased shall be 120 hectares (included in the site chart) and the duration of the lease shall be 10 years.
The initial rental price shall be EUR 50/ha per year. The lessee undertakes to bear, in addition to the lease, any ancillary costs (including land tax) associated with the asset.

Tenders can be submitted at the Guard Round of the Defence League in Tallinn, Toompea tn 8. The tender must be submitted no later than 19.11.2019. a 10.45 a.m. Additional information: the persons bidding are obliged to pay EUR 500 as a guarantee for the conclusion of the contract. the

deposit is taken into account as a partial payment of the rent.
