The Environment Agency publishes a notice under paragraph 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).

The Environment Agency States that the application for modification of the mining permit for the Kihnu quarry submitted by the Road Administration (registration code: 70001490) (address: highway 4, 10916 Tallinn) has been accepted.

The Kihnu quarry is located in the village of Rootslk, Kihnu, Pärnu County, at the Kihnu gravel deposit (registry card No 0768). The mountain allocation and its catchment area are located on the land parcel Kihnu gravel deposit owned by the Republic of Estonia (cadastral code 30301:001:0611, intended for 100% mining land).

The purpose of this request is to bring the existing mining permit (L.MM/326219) into line with the data in the mineral registry card and at the same time to renew the mining permit.

The procedure for initiating an amendment to the environmental permit and other relevant documents can be consulted at the nearest office of the Environment Agency.
The application is available digitally in the document management system of the Environment Agency, http://dhs-ADR-kea.envir.ee/.

Until such time as a decision is taken to amend the permit, any person shall have the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the Environment Agency. The draft consent amendment shall be further notified by the Environment Agency in the Official Gazette Ametlikud Teadaanded.
