Kaitseliit publishes this announcement under Section 58(1) of the State property Act (RVS).

Kaitseliit announces the two properties located in Lääne County, Haapsalu City, Kiltsi village for the partial lease by public auction:
Let:
1. Training field (CAT 67401:001:0580, 100% national Defence Area), total area 153,1 ha, available area 44,3 ha (planned green);
2. Õppekeskuse (CAT 67401:001:0047, 100% national Defence Area), with a total surface area of 126,64 ha, acreage of 33 ha (scheduled red).

The total area to be rented is 77.3 ha, with a rent of at least EUR 400 (four hundred) per year (VAT not included).
The asset is provided under a lease for use until 31.08.2023.

The lessee must carry out maintenance cutting on the whole area at least once a year and must crush or remove the resulting twines from the area. Cutting must take place between 1 June and 31 August.
The tenant must coordinate the exact timing of each cutting with the western harbour.

Bids can be submitted until address Bay 17, on working days E-N 8:00 – 16:45, R 8:00 -14: 00 of the Guard League western bumper in Haapsalu. The tender must be submitted no later than 08.05.2020 at 10:45 a.m.

Additional information: The auctioneers are required to pay EUR 60 as a guarantee for the conclusion of the contract. the guarantee is taken into account as a partial payment of the rent.
