Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that AS TREV-2 Grupp (registry code: 10047362) (address Harju maakond, Tallinn, Nõmme linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 463, 10916) the application for an environmental permit for the extraction of mineral resources submitted by the applicant was granted.
The mining licence for the sandy quarry of the Röamäe II is applied for in the town of Paide in the town of Järva, in the village of Eivere, in the Röamäe Väätsa (registry card No 0930), in the cadastral division Vääääääääääääääääääääääääääääja, 198 (cadastral mark 56501:002:0106). The cadastral parcel is owned by the Republic of Estonia, the manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the authorised authority is the Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus.
The area of the mountain deposit of the Röamäe II sandpasture applied for is 15.36 hectares and that of the service area of the mountain deposit is 19.91 hectares. The extracted mineral is, according to the application, aggregates sand (an active consumable stock of 354 thousand m3 and an excavated stock of 311 thousand m3) and its intended use is construction and road construction. The average annual extraction rate is, according to the application, 25 thousand m3. The mining permit is requested for a period of 15 years.
The application environmental permit and other relevant documents are available on At the Office of the Environment Agency Rapla (Tallinna mnt 14, PK 5, 79513, Rapla; info@keskkonnaamet.ee; 56885603).
The application shall be digitally available on SACRED https://kotkas.envir.ee/ in the environmental decision information system
Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. Proposals and objections may be submitted orally or in writing to an e-mail address info@keskkonnaamet.ee or to a postal address Tallinna mnt 14, PK 5, 79513, Rapla.
The draft of Decision on environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
