Keskkonnaamet publishes this announcement under Section 47(2) of the General Law on the Environment (KeÜS).
Keskkonnaamet declares that AS YIT Eesti (registry code: 10093801) (address Pärnu mnt 102b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 11312 Harju maakond) the request submitted by the applicant on 30.04.2020 for an amendment to the environmental permit for the mountain allocation to the cattle of sandy V has been accepted.
The environmental permit is applied for in the village of Saarnakõrvi, Harju County, Kos, for State-owned cadastral parcels, for quarries 6 (Cadastral Identifier: 33801:001:0656) and 7 (Cadastral Identifier: 33801:001:0657), for which the State property manager is the Ministry of the Environment and the Delegated Authority for the Maa-amet.
The size of the mountain deposit in the “V” sandy pasture of the requested bears is 4.62 hectares and that of the service area in the “V” mountain deposit is 5.93 hectares. The extracted minerals are, according to the application, aggregates sand (77,557 thousand m3 active consumables and 77,557 thousand m3 extracted reserves). The intended use of the mineral resource is the construction of roads. The average annual extraction rate applied for is 15 thousand m3. The direction of the reclamation of excavated land would be sought: arable land. The environmental permit shall be valid until 19.2.2023.

Until the the granting or refusal of an environmental permit decision is made, any person has the right to submit reasoned proposals and objections to the On the application to the Environment Agency. The draft of Decision amending the environmental permit will be announced by the Environmental Agency in the Official Announcements.
