Notices of collective agreements

Under paragraph 4(5) of the Law on collective agreements, the Ministry of Social Affairs publishes the following notice:

The Eesti Ametiühingute Keskliit and the Confederation of Estonian employers' Confederations, as central organisation of the social partners, agreed as follows:

1. Establish, with effect from 01 January 2014, a minimum wage of EUR 355 per month for full-time work and a minimum hourly wage of EUR 2,13 per
.2. Establish, with effect from 01 January 2015, a minimum wage of EUR 390 per month for full-time work and a minimum hourly wage of EUR 2,34 per
.
3. Extend the wage conditions fixed in points 1 and 2 of this Agreement within the meaning of paragraph 4(4) of the Law on collective agreements and make them compulsory for all employers and employees in the Republic of Estonia within the meaning of the Law on employment contracts.
